Returns
E-masonicjewelry offers refunds and exchanges on all our jewelry within 15 days from the sales date.
This applies to all rings that had been ordered in stock size. Once a ring is sized it becomes a final sale.
Most of our rings come with a hand enamel finish and would have to be re-enameled to size. Stock size is either a
10 or 11 depending on the ring. Once you receive the stock size ring and you decide that you want the ring just call or email us for
a #RMA and return ring back. Once we get your ring back we will promptly ship out the proper sized ring at no cost to you.
If you ordered a stock size ring and you are not happy with your ring you can return within 15 days for a full refund excluding shipping charges.
We feel confident that you will be satisfied with your masonic ring and ring sizing is free.
